Mentorship at your workplace
You give your time and experience to one-to-one mentoring. Invite colleagues to mentor too, and your employer can recognise the sessions your team completes through TEEI.
The time you give can be shared with your workplace through the CSR Cockpit. The cockpit is included in every TEEI partnership, with no licence or per-seat charge.
The cockpit counts completed mentoring sessions recorded by TEEI rather than estimates.
Keep mentoring as you do now. Add a work email to connect your completed sessions to your workplace.
It connects your completed mentoring sessions to your employer. We never show your work email to mentees or contact it without your permission.
A free partnership. We handle the setup; there is nothing for you to administer.
Your completed sessions can appear alongside those of colleagues in the CSR Cockpit.
When several colleagues mentor through TEEI, your employer can see the group’s completed sessions and support the programme as a partner.
